Why? You think he's capable of using Jh or Th as a blocker to the nuts and bluffing with it? He's obviously never doing this with worse for value...and our range is certainly very Ah heavy.

Mainly because we're only beat by one combo that would usually raise the flop (at least I expect a flush to raise 4 way). It's not impossible that he's turning a hand without a heart into a bluff or spazzing out with some weaker heart, he only needs about 0.5 combo's of worse to call and a 50NL player won't always play perfectly here.
