Have you watched Hamhius play at all this year? If you say no, then your statement about him is retarded. If you say yes, it still is retarded.
Makes me super happy that we have so much depth on the back end, though. Even without Hamhuis (who has been excellent in the playoffs), we are still more than fine.
IMO Chara shouldn't be in front of the net, he should be taking shots from the point.
What has impressed me the most about the Canucks is their ability to come out on top no matter what style of game the opposing team plays. I'm so stoked that we FINALLY have a team that is capable of winning championships.
SO FUCKING EXCITED!!!!!
I did mean so far. Both teams are sloppy so far.
I wonder why players start playing better once they are traded. Lack of job security? All ex-Predators seem to really play better once they leave. Timonen, Hartnell, Hamius, Arnott, Peverly, and others really picked up their game once they left Nashville. There are exceptions of course (Mason, Ellis) but for the most part I think this is true. I haven't followed Hamius this year except when playing vs the Predators but in those games I hadn't changed my opinion since last season.
Canucks will win the cup and probably sweep Boston but the quality of play so far seems sub par.
