Default 2NL 6max - gross preflop spot with QQ

    UTG+1 - VPIP: 80, PFR: 12, 3B: 0, AF: 1.2, Hands: 25
    CO - VPIP: 18, PFR: 13, 3B: 4, AF: 2.5, Hands: 87
    SB - VPIP: 29, PFR: 14, 3B: 0, AF: 1.0, Hands: 14

    Stacks:
    UTG ($0.98)
    UTG+1 ($0.42)
    CO ($2)
    BTN ($2.09)
    SB ($0.47)
    Hero ($2.50)

    Pre-Flop: ($0.03, 6 players) Hero is BB
    1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.04, CO raises to $0.14, 1 fold, SB calls $0.13, Hero calls $0.12, UTG+1 goes all-in $0.42, CO calls $0.28, SB folds

    Hero??

After the first round of betting, I have CO on AK,AQs,JJ+ for 3b the min-open of UTG+1. I'd put SB on 22+,AJs,AQ+,KQs for flatting the 3b.

Q1: flat CO's 3b, 4b or fold? I thought for a while and elected to flat and shut down on any A or K flop, although I don't like playing a big pair OOP in a multiway pot.

After UTG+1 goes all-in, I'd say CO's range for calling is JJ+,AK. He needs a lot of strength I think to call this with two players who could still call after him.

Q2: what now? call the all-in, fold or raise?
Q3: if calling the all-in, what's the plan for the flop?

What do you think COs range is? List it out.

    As per OP:
    With his nitty stats for 6max, for 3b the min-open of UTG+1, I have him on AK(16 combos), AQs(8), AA(6), KK(6), QQ(1), JJ(6)

Then for flatting UTG+1 4b (I assumed in OP that it was a show of strength to flat here, but I am not so sure anymore now), as per OP:
    JJ(6), QQ(1), KK(6), AA(6), AK(16)

ugh such an iffy spot , i wouldn't hate folding but it is a sticky spot for sure because u surely are gonna play a big pot. if davidem is correct i don't mind a sigh and fold , calling this shortstacks aipf with u behind looks pretty strong if he is nitty

I don't particularly like the flat call pre, I think I prefer to 4bet and fold to a 5bet from CO. As played, definitely isolate. I'd say he's taken AA/KK out of his range by flatting the shorty's shove, I think CO has AK here some 90% of the time. Might as well shove, raising to something like $1.40 just commits us and puts us in a horrible spot if the A or K falls on the flop. Shorty is very likely dominated by us, and often by CO too, so we're getting it in good by shoving against AK, we're obviously very good if he has dominated pairs in his range too, it's just how often he flats KK/AA here. I doubt he ever does with KK, but AA is a different matter, perhaps he doesn't want to scare us off since his implied odds are better with us in, knowing we're very dominated. Still, against a range of JJ QQ AA AK, we're flipping I think, probably slight favourite, so shoving is +ev assuming CO calls JJ.
