I think you mean portugal and they didn't legalise as such. They just said if you have x amount for personal use its ok. If you are over the amount then you'll be prosecuted. Its diff amounts for every drug/ 0.5g for cocaine I think.

Everyone I know who's smoked crack says it has gripped them like nothing else. A buddy of mine who smoked it casually a few times said even years later once in a while he would get hit by this insane urge for it out of no where.

I haven't got a clue what MAOI is. I'll google it tomorrow when I can be bothered. I've tried changa once at a party, I was told it was DMT "and some other shit", I thought it was the stuff they made the legal crap with, like fucking cooking herbs or some shit. Didn't taste particularly nice, not like some lovely skunk, but it didn't take long to take effect. I think I fell over and just crawled on the floor laughing for fifteen minutes.
