What were your problems with long distance if you don't mind? (for DC and bigred)

Talking on the phone every day, squeezing as much time into weekend or holiday visits with each other, the mind games of what she's doing when she's out and what she wonders what you're doing when you're out, etc, etc is not a real relationship. Don't get me wrong, she's a great girl and while we didn't ultimately work out I don't regret dating her as a person. I regret dating her for so long in what was never a true relationship. Long distance is just impossible to grow as a couple imo.

Plus I'm banging your gf when you're not visiting her so you should probably end it.

ya, 100% agree with all of this. Long distance is just clinging to something that needs to end ftmp. There are exceptions, but they are rare, and they are even rarer when the two people (or one of them) is in college.
