If you look on the interwebs there are various places (betfair is one) that offers "zero edge" roulette. So, with an extremely large bankroll, you could employ this strategy and show a profit.

However, there is still a key problem with this strategy - it's bollocks.

Play and play and play until your colour comes up and all you win is your original stake ($1 or whatever). This doesn't make for a very good hourly rate so there are far +EV things you and friend could be doing with your time.

Also, any online house will limit your betting very quickly if you start showing a consistent profit. Any limit on what you can bet renders this system redundant.

This is very true...I degened $50 into $1200 on drunken blackjack at an online casino one night. The next day they froze my account force deposited it into my Moneybookers acct without my knowledge or consent. You'd think they would have wanted me to keep playing and give them the money back (the whole reason for comps at a b&m casino, right?) but I think they just preferred to be rid of me.

Even at a zero edge roulette game, if you don't have an infinite bankroll (and no betting limit) when using this system, you WILL still go broke. DUCY?
