I like calling the c-bet more than raising for a few reasons. First, I'd be planning to bet the turn hard if the BB folds and UTG checks to us on the turn. Second, it's really nice when the BB calls the flop since we're drawing to the nuts 3-way with 8 outs and have great implied odds with our Villains' lines. Third, if you face a line where UTG bets the turn on this board, especially if the BB comes along on the flop, his range is strong and you have high implied odds when you hit since he's probably a goofball who isn't folding often once he barrels.

The call on the end is a pretty straight-forward middle school algebra problem. You'll have to add together two EVs, the EV of you being in the main pot and the EV of you being in the side pot. It's not nearly as hard as it sounds, so give it a try in this thread and see what you get.
