It sort of depends. There are two opposite ends of spectrum between raising being really good and calling being really good. Here I'll briefly describe each extreme, and between there are lots of shades of gray:

1 - Five limpers, most of which don't limp/fold often, all of which are 100bb deep with you, and someone in the button/blinds likes to 3-bet a lot. Here you should almost always call.
2 - One limper who limp/folds a lot, or limp/calls a lot and folds to a lot of c-bets when no one left to act behind you likes to 3-bet a lot. Here you should almost always raise.
