Where did my opponent make a mistake?

Probably shouldn't have checked the river since you have pretty much one hand that can beat him and are surely C/Behind almost everything else you don't raise form the BB. Going broke in an unraised pot is never a good idea. Most people will not show up in unraised pots w/TPNK for stacks. If your villain this is a bet on the river so a weak A or smaller second pair will call. Don't let someone check behind on the river with the second best hand.

Now personally if villain were to bet this river I would shove (because I expect him to call with the one card straight), but had I raised a smaller amount, is this a b/c or b/f on the river?
