OP, this subject has been discussed numerous times at length. You can find many threads on this subject of multi-tabling throughout this site, as well this subforum. Try using the search feature and seeing what you come up with.
Also regarding the tolerance of individual who you must wait on, keep in mind that poker is a difficult game at times. I wouldn't knock someone for spending time to make a decision that is likely to cost them money. If the decision isn't tough, and it's taking them a long time to make it simply because they have a lot of tables going, then I also because it happens to me at times, and online poker is still multiple times faster than Live Poker.
