How many Games at the same time is optimal?

Personally when it starts to feel like I work I know its time to sit out or go kamikaze.

How much tolerance do you have for the player who you have to wait on for 59 seconds for every play?

OP, this subject has been discussed numerous times at length. You can find many threads on this subject of multi-tabling throughout this site, as well this subforum. Try using the search feature and seeing what you come up with.

Also regarding the tolerance of individual who you must wait on, keep in mind that poker is a difficult game at times. I wouldn't knock someone for spending time to make a decision that is likely to cost them money. If the decision isn't tough, and it's taking them a long time to make it simply because they have a lot of tables going, then I also because it happens to me at times, and online poker is still multiple times faster than Live Poker.
