That's kinda a breakeven  range.   Not sure whether I would  call or not.  I think I would against a thinking or  aggro player, not against a  nit though, as they would have a much tighter  range here.  
			
		 
	 
 I think his range his tighter than this. If I was in his situation and knew that it was a misclick - I would not play AJ, 88, 99 or AQ. i would play AK and TT+. 
Even if it is a misclick - it is unlikely that i have a hand as bad as 93s. 
I'm not that loose. And there is still the possibility that I have a mega hand or 2 of the players behind me have a mega hand. 
 
And if it is so likely that a player behind you will push a bad man to the fake click. Then I think the best way to play AA is to raise to $77 instead of $7. 
Only try it once with a group of players. But if what you say is true then i think it's probably the most profitable way to play them. 
 
BTW, sbrugby actually did do the fake misclick against Phil Ivey twice. Both on purpose.
