[5NL] QQ UTG. Flop a set...villain's range and turn decision??

Villain was 22/12/5 through 56 hands. Folded to 50% cbets, 2/4. No other real stats/notes on villain which leads me to believe he doesn't get out of line too often.

OK, first of all, I am not sure about my call on the flop. Should I be 3betting here? I think his range on the flop after his raise is AQs/AQo ( although I feel he would 3bet these? ), suited Ah, KhQh/KQo, JhTh, 88, 77, T9o/Th9h, 5h6h.

On turn, I decide to let him bet for me planning to c/r AI to protect against FD's. This good/bad logic? When he bets turn, 56 & JT got there. He could still think his 77 or 88 is best, plus AQs/AQo/KQs/KQo. I think with suited Ah, he would take a free card here?
