Default AK hits top two pair ....but the flush wet board?

This hand really troubled me and I would use some help. This is the kind of hand that i have lost money with in the past, so typically in this kind of situation, I fold if I am raised to the CB. Player is 17/15 after 176 hands. At this hand he didn't persuade me that he had the flush and I had AA KK. I didn' put him on draw, more like a big pair so I thought I had him beat.

Bet/fold turn. Standard villain line with the nuts. I ship it in on the turn only if I've seen him stack off with worse hands on boards like this. Otherwise, I tend to give villain credit for a better hand.

anybody against pushing the turn? he seems like he plays pretty tag given his stats, so the aggression is not a suprise...do you have an agression stat on him?

idk what range to put him on, jj+,55,22,77,ak,aq,kqs,aks,aqs....only jj and qq cause i think he could have done this with the diamond draw, and then bluffed when you checkd the river.

this is all assuming you are correct in him not having the flush

but then if what i used was his range, you have 66.66% equity to win, and you are getting 36%pot odds, so i think a call is good....even if you take jj and qq out of his range, hyou are still getting 64% equity...so calling i think is EV+

upon further review, if you add the flush to the range and adjust it to:
    KK+,77,55,22,AQs+,AdJd,AdTd,Ad9d,KdQd,QdJd,JdTd,Td 9d,AQo+,

then you are 38% to win 62%to lose

and with 36%pot odds and 38% equity, i think a call is still good,
its amazing hwo much your equity can change when adjusting ranges.

I fold turn because he has a set or flush
unless he has A5 exactly we don't beat anything since he would just call with AQ/AJ type of hands or raise them on the flop

Agree with iopq. His value range is so strong and his bluffing range has very few combos like KxQd, JxQd.

Bet/fold on turn must be good play.

bet more on the flop IMO. bet turn stronger as well and then fold to a raise.

unless the villain is some kinda spaztard calling his raise on the turn was terrible. calling his river shove was even worse.

I disagree, if we call turn we're forced to call river

What IOPQ & fnord said. I don't like folding flop 'cuz so many guys rep the frush. But you have to decide on the turn if he's got it - seems like he does.
