I open on Button get reraised. I see his 200bb stack and get sick ideas of doubling up if I hit my set

The range I put him on is TT+, AQs+, AQo+
Do I just fold pre or fold on flop
call flop and then fold if I dont hit.
Or do I raise to fold out some of his air. I think that he not only is value betting an overpair but will cbet AK/AQ
