    Default I play weak tight

Hand 1: Villain 16/12/2.55 over 427 hands. Steals 20%, so his UTG range should be very tight.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Button ($21.35)
    SB ($52.30)
    BB ($25)
    UTG ($26.80)
    MP ($27.60)
    Hero (CO) ($27.50)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 10, 10
UTG bets $1, 1 fold, Hero calls $1, 3 folds

    Flop: ($2.35) 3, 8, 7 (2 players)
UTG bets $1.75, Hero calls $1.75

    Turn: ($5.85) 3 (2 players)
    UTG bets $3, Hero folds

    Total pot: $5.85 | Rake: $0.25

Hand 2: Villain unknown. I stoved this, I actually think this one is close and more weighted towards 3betting flop against an unknown.
It's just that so many people at these stakes are so passive that they're not raising without 2pair, here. Also, my range is very strong.

Anyone calling? What's your turn and river plan?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (SB) ($25)
    BB ($23.50)
    UTG ($24.90)
    MP ($20.80)
    Button ($12.05)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, Q
1 fold, MP calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero bets $1.75, 1 fold, MP calls $1.50

    Flop: ($3.75) 4, 5, 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $3, MP raises to $6, Hero folds

    Total pot: $9.75 | Rake: $0.45

Hand 1 I probably 3bet. He's tight but he's folding most hands still to a 3bet. I don't mind taking this down or folding to a 4bet. Your pretty much calling for set odds here if your thinking of folding this flop. Easy fold as played.

hand 2 sucks because you either need to take away his odds pre or not play for stacks postflop. I call this and call nay draws that miss on the turn. Limp/calls are usually shit pairs and these are shit pairs hitting this flop. I don't fold but I aint stacking off. Maybe a flop check could be better.

Just disregard this, I thought this was FR.

I think I play hand 1 the same (not that it means it's good).

Hand two, I usually take two different lines depending on villain type.

    - against the 8/6 guys and the ones with a large VPIP/PFR gap, I just fold, since they have here only sets.
    - against the aggressive "good" taggish guys (like 17/15 and very aggro) I call and go for pot control, since they do this with weaker overpairs along the sets.

if you're going to fold a SPADE 3, might as well c/f flop
he's barreling a flush draw and a picked up flush draw, T9

there's no way a 3 is in his range unless he just made quads

    hand 2 I just call
if he really wants to get it in, I'll just let him have it
if he bets kind of like a bitch I'll call him down

I'd fold to a bigger turn bet in 1, this size I peel and plan on owning him on scary river cards when he checks, definitely don't 3bet PF.

I don't really understand how this is a justification for a 3b at all

Doesn't our hand have enough showdown value not to be bluffing scare cards on the river if he checks?

Also what is your betsize in this situation on scary rivers and why?

And if he bets 1/2 pot on a non-scary river are you folding?

I just don't think we need to turn our hand into a bluff here on scary rivers, but maybe its a leak

I like your line Spenda on 1. I was actually thinking of that on the turn already, but this is like this shittiest turn to rep anything.

IOPQ, I think you're giving villain too wide of an UTG opening range.

he steals 20% yet his stats are 12% from all positions
he's definitely opening 9% or so UTG and T9s should be in his opening range but it doesn't have to be
furthermore, he's likely barreling KQs type of hands if he has a flush draw

at NL25 he's probably not continuing on the river unimproved, though so I'll fold river

    This

You guys are nuts if you think his double barrelling range is wide but it should be a tad wider with a smaller bet thus making our equity bigger and a call a lot easier.

Hand 2, I'd flat the flop raise and go from there
