FR, everyone has 100BB stacks. You're BB with 55. It's folded to MP where a 10/5 player raises 4xBB. You call and the flop is K J 5 rainbow. What line do you take to extract the most out of this player? Lead the flop? Check/call, lead turn? Fold preflop because this player will never pay you off and thus you don't have implied odds? I feel like my small pairs aren't getting paid off enough when I hit sets and was wondering how you guys play them in this sort of typical situation.
