Not really a great day, played 850 hands at 10NL and 225 at 2PLO and ended down 3 and 1 BI's respectively.

Just not my day really, lost some preflop all ins as well as a bunch of pots in various situations.

I've got to remember that poker is a long term process, over analyzing short term results is an easy way to make you go nuts.

Guy was 79/26 over 34 hands. I choose to 3bet for value pre rather than call even though I might be in some tricky spots on later streets. Bigger would be better pre

OTF he has $4 left in a $3 pot, I need to bet the flop and whatever size I choose I'm committed to call a shove with my pot odds and I think he can shove Tx/random broadways/pairs and gutters enough to balance out the times he has Kx+.

As played river is meh, what hands check back twice that now need to bluff (maybe value bet from Tx)?
