Why would you go to the effort of completing a questionnaire with no idea who wants it or for what purpose? Seems odd to me. I don't imagine anything untoward, but it seemed a lot of effort to go to for no stated purpose. And I can't think why the purpose would be withheld.

You could at least reply to the HHs no? Minimal effort equates to minimal return. Seems to be a common theme in this forum for some posters (don't take it personally, I'm not calling anyone out specifically).

I don't get the need for all the secrecy. Why not just introduce the questionaire saying that someone has approached bikes looking to set up a study group and anyone interested in being considered can fill in the form.
I still don't see why the person looking to set up the study group needs to be annonymous either. The take up is going to be different depending on whether for example its slevin or carroters/M2M/renton/spenda etc setting it up

if you are considering a study group why is internet pop culture even important and why not ask for timezone. timezone is going to be a pretty big factor in making the study group effective.
