thats poker. it gets harder as you move up too. you need to learn some moves of your own instead of just playing your cards

I basically said micros are donkey bingo , I respect everyone’s opinion but NL 2 is a circus , people simply don’t care about their stacks and I think they can be more difficult to play than higher stakes because they play so dumb Putting villains on a range can be a joke. The higher you get the more skilled the opponents will be for the most part and I’m sure a lot more of them will be playing the game correctly

No poker players journey would be complete without this kind of rant. Get it out of your system and then get back to working out how to improve your game. Theres an old piss take on another forum where the standard response is "move up to where they respect your raises". Its a nod to every players rant about how it would be easier to beat higher stakes. But it really isn't. Better players are mixing in a more appropriate number of bluffs, sizing bets that make it harder for you to defend often enough, check calling some hands, bluffing on boards that hit their range better than yours, etc. So while a drunk micro player might play crazy, it's pretty quick to work out and you can adjust accordingly.
