Yes. $.25/50 is considered "low limit" and is a good place to start.
I think the term "micro" limit and "low" limit are relative to the size of your bankroll.
If you have a million dollar BR then 15/30 could be considered low limit.
My understanding of conventional wisdom re: online poker is that "micro" limit is big blind under $.50. This would include the .01/.02 and .05/.10 games.
$.25/.50 NL would be considered the low end of "low limit" as would $.50/1 limit. This is a good place to start.
However, the most important thing to keep in mind is playing within your own bankroll. Even at "low limit" .25/50 you are going to buy-in for around $25-$50 sometimes more depending on the site. At .50/1 NL and 2/4 limit I usually buy in for a minimum of $100.00. So make sure you have a couple hundred bucks to grease the wheels before you start at "low" limit.
