Cig's been reprimanded by mod, so if he takes it positively he should be given a chance IMO.
Mod's also given gentle nudge to everyone else to be mindful of wordage.
If Cig comes back with more rage, then I think mod should take the action necessary.
I wouldn't use a vote when there's outside factors that could intervene first.
