There is not much in his range that you can get value from on this flop imo. Maybe AJ, but it's doubtful he even calls AJ pre unless you have a squeeze-monkey image.
What is his 3b stat? Does he 3b AK preflop? What are MP's stats?
I would think about c/c the flop. You're much more likely to get value from PP on further streets if the flop goes check/check and if he bets the flop not too big after you check, you can call one street as there is a chance he is betting AQ or AJ, bluffing with some suited connectors or a gutshot or even turning a lower pair into a bluff.
If you ever cbet, make it half pot imo, that's pretty much the standard bet size in 3b pots and there is no reason to bet more as there are no draws on the board other than the odd gutshot. You can easily be all-in by the river if you half pot every street and it will prevent the sizing problems you have experienced on the turn and river.
