Yea, it's between a raise and a call as played. If the BB is a reg, then most times he'll check to you as the pfr and he's also oop 3way on the flop. When the flop checks through and BB leads this turn, I imagine his range is very tp heavy which you've obv got beat. Given the stack sizes, I'd probably call to let him fire the river and raise to get the rest in on blank cards. AJ and QT are a small part of his range so you should be looking to extract value from the rest. You've also got 6 outs to a boat here! Given your made equity and chance to improve, a 2/3psb on the turn is an easy call.

Having thought more about the flop, it's probably close between a cbet and checking back. Both have their merits - by checking back you can pot control and your hand is rather invulnerable - you're not too worried about bad cards coming down for you. Idk, Iz feesh, so I cbet and hope to take it down.
