Default Find a fold vs a nit?

Up against an uber nit here, 9/8 over 130 hands, 3b 6%, fold to 3b 100%.

I knew I should be wary when he cold called my 3bet here, and when he leads ai on the turn I'm pretty sure he's got me beat. I think he'd even be too tight to do this with JJ, doubt he'd be flatting 3bets with smaller pp's so I expect to see AA KK QQ like always here. My equity against QQ+ is like 8%.

If, however, we say his range is TT+, my equity is 31.5% and I think pot odds are 33% if I calculated this correctly:

    bet/(bet+pot) = 3.35/(3.35+4.97+1.84) = 33%

Not sure whether I am missing $3.35 in the (bet+pot) there in which case pot odds will be closer to 25% making this more of a call.

Still, I'm convinced I can find an easy fold here. Thoughts?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (5 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (Button) ($5.98)
    SB ($7.28)
    BB ($5)
    UTG ($3.49)
    MP ($5)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q, Q
UTG bets $0.15, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.45, 1 fold, BB calls $0.40, UTG calls $0.30

    Flop: ($1.37) 3, 6, 10 (3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $1.20, BB calls $1.20, UTG calls $1.20

    Turn: ($4.97) 9 (3 players)
    BB bets $3.35 (All-In), UTG calls $1.84 (All-In), Hero ?

don't pot the flop, and supernit isn't doing this with JJ so fold.

    Yea that's what I thought.

Also, totally right about flop - far too big, meant to comment on that.

UTG was a 41/25 fish so I was 3 betting for value. Damn nit had to interfere!

My calculation for pot odds was wrong above, it should be:

    3.35 / (3.35+4.97+1.84 + 3.35) = 25%.

Even so, I don't think he has many jacks in his range and although he's a 5nl nit I'm not convinced he'd play them like this. Defo a fold.
