no, i dont usually flat scs from ep, but the table dynamic had everyone trying to get a cheap piece of mp, who had stacked tpnk, 3rd pair nk, and total air.

thoughts on the hand? on the river, i chose to barf on my keyboard after considering bb's range.

limping behind is fine, and also calling after the raise and 2 callers is also totally fine.

what is this range that you came up with that gave you less than 18% equity on this river to make you barf? or was it more to do with new year's eve drinking sessions?

+1 after getting raised pre, a call is fine...but situations like this happen A LOT when you limp in early position..and it sucks So just fold pre.

@ eug: dude limped pre, is super nit, and only flat called multiway. also his flop continuing range is pretty much hit or miss by the stats, so by the turn, im pretty certain he has a set, considering he would iso jj+ pre, or at least raise it up, hence why the river was barf

i guess jamming the turn makes sense. im just not used to situations that call for it :/

less than pot behind, draw-filled board, holding the relative nuts, no way you can fold any river with the amount you leave behind, villain never folding when you jam, etc => situation that calls for it

when the fish has position and is short-stacked you don't need to try and get a cheap piece of the fish in this manner

    This is solid.
have you ran a filter on suited connectors ? See if you profit from them.

Limping behind in early position with a tilted aggro halfstack still to act is a dreadful play, just fold pre.

Lead flop big for value, jam turn as he's not folding.

Bad decisions on earlier streets lead you in a shitty spot on the river.
