you need to just commit yourself on flop. if he does have tp (which he's repping) he still has likely 25% equity vs your hand on this board + position + a psb whcih he is going to have a small edge putting in vs you despite being a fish because your hand is so vulnerable.

just make the flop 23$ so that you can never fold and he can make a larger mistake or forfeit his 25% pot equity.
