Flat his c/r on the turn. Most of the time he will have a pretty nutted hand here, which you will more than likely get it in by the river because there aren't too many scare cards.
The reason for flating turn is because for the small % he does have air you let him barrel off on the river. I think for any trips+ value hand he has it really doesnt make a difference if you raise turn or flat imo
