    uhhhh, stats on villain?
    If we take typical stats then I say 3bet range is AQ+, JJ+. Players 3bet range tend to be honest unless they are maniacs at that level. I say you are behind his range and he only min 3bet so calling for set odds is fine imo.

    His flop bets comes off as very weak. If he had something he was certain about like QQ+ and you called his 3bet there would be no need for him to bet so small on the flop. I think AK is very possible or JJ (afraid of the Q on the flop) and you could consider either calling or raising to end the hand

    ffs STATS , and a default play would to call bet on flop, got that from' poker for droolers' by phill hellmuth
