Best way to move money between sites?

Hi guys,

I'm wondering about how you deal with transferring funds between poker sites these days. I have seen some escrow sites offering the service... maybe I'm just cheep, but I don't like the thought of giving up 5% of what I want to transfer.

Also, I know that most sites will cut you a check for withdrawals but that can take some considerable time to ship/process, weeks before you can get your hands on it. I've heard mention of a bank transfer feature on Full Tilt... but I don't have any money there yet. Maybe the first part of my question will answer this one.

Being american really limits your options. Canadians have Moneybookers and Euro players still have neteller and Moneybookers. Your going to need to find some friends to shift your money around for you via transfers or use a trusting escrow but I don't think I know anyone who has done it.
