I think you get the same fold equity by making a normal raise. I have no idea how often you are shoving as a semi bluff and how often you are shoving with the nuts. If you are doing it for meta game that's fine i guess but also beyond me. Not much meta game in the penny poker. When i say it's exploitable i mean that if your shoves are bluffs more often big hands a player can pick up on that.
