Default Tell me where you're at!

It's been a while now since I've been on here. I honestly have no time with all this work that's been thrown upon me at my store, but September is soon approaching and I will be taking up coaching sessions again and becoming an FTR regular once again. I just decided to come in here and ask you all where you're at with your game / bankroll now! Let me know!

I've only been playing heads up s&g's once in a while whenever I do have spare time.. I've gone up to $350 and I have finally cleared my bonus at PokerStars so I cashed out for the first time. I'm going to jump onto a different site with a low deposit bonus that I can clear. So fill me in!
    OP: Beginner to Master

If I bet as a bluff, I should be thinking "am I getting better hands to fold? Is it likely that he will fold x% of the time to a y sized bet to make it +EV?". If I bet for value, I should be thinking "am I getting worst hands to call? Am I ahead of enough of his range that this is a good value bet?".

    LOL I thought I was over-rolled. Wowzas.

Lol, context needed, never deposited so I'm admittedly a bit of a BR nit but there is more than that:

1.) My playing strategy/outlook is very much like Jason, VERY LONG TERM FOCUSED, playing for fun/challenge, improving the game and determined to unmistakeably beat a stake BEFORE moving up (and potentially getting throttled).

2.) I manage the Cash and Tournament portfolios separately so the levels may seem a bit more reasonable:
    Cash ($600 current) 10 NL, move up to 25 NL @ $750 (15 more Buy-Ins)
    SNG/MTT ($825 current) $2-$5, move up to $5-$10 @ $1000

3.) I tend to get very mentally tilty (by my standards at least) on downswings which can be good because I get VERY focused on whether my game is getting sloppy (usually) or I'm just suffering variance. Any additional stress related to BR would be very damaging to my "fun" factor, so I eliminate it by playing overrolled.

4.) It's been so much fun to win alot at the micro-stakes. Not in a rush to slug it out with the better players until my game is 110% prepared for it.

Hope this outlook/mindset is helpful for others!!

I understand the nitty BR mgt, although perhaps some of you are taking it to the extreme.

I used the 25BI milestone to move up from 10NL to 25NL and then from 25NL to 50NL, but in both cases I think I probably moved up before I was ready.

At 50NL was particularly bad. I moved up as only a marginal winner overall at 25NL, solely because I had the roll, and took a terrible beating - a 34BI downswing (ty ty). Now 50K hands later I have clawed back a lot of that but I am still not back to my starting point, and still not sure whether I can beat 50NL yet.

In retrospect I think it is just as important to have a very solid, long-term winrate at the lower stakes, as well as the roll, before you move up.

I will be staying at 50NL for quite a long time I think.
