TPTK facing a river insta shove

Villian is 14/12/3.8 over 400 hands. Preflop I put him on QKs,AJ+,any pp. On the turn I put him on AJ+,QKhh because I don't think he would c/c a set with 2 FDs on the board. The river really confused me because he insta shoved, his money was in before my brain even registered what the river card was. Which made me think he already had his mind made up on the turn to shove the river. Anyways, easy fold? Also if he checks I am valuebettig this right?
