Default TP faced turn minraise...what to do on river?

Villain was quite active and played a wide range (no stats avail)
    Does his reraise mean much?
I normally dont open w/ KT but most players played very poor holdings so I felt I would be well ahead of ranges here.

    No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (8 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    villain (CO) ($3.10)
    Button ($2.83)
    SB ($5)
    BB ($0.87)
    UTG ($2.01)
    UTG+1 ($0.84)
    Hero (MP1) ($3.50)
    MP2 ($11.26)

    Preflop: Hero is MP1 with 10, K
    2 folds, Hero bets $0.08, MP2 calls $0.08, villain calls $0.08, 3 folds

    Flop: ($0.27) 4, 9, K (3 players)
Hero bets $0.20, 1 fold, villain calls $0.20

    Turn: ($0.67) J (2 players)
Hero bets $0.40, villain raises $0.80, Hero calls $0.40

    River: ($2.27) 10 (2 players)
    Hero ?

I have top 2 pair but faced a minreraise from a normally passive station.....whats the plan?
