Default Top and bottom versus shorty and full stack

UTG player is a typical shortstack donk, BB just finished his first orbit and hasn't been active. Is the flop reraise good?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (SB) ($10.05)
    BB ($10)
    UTG ($1.30)
    MP ($11.15)
    CO ($13.50)
    Button ($34.25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 7, 10
UTG calls $0.10, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.05, BB checks

    Flop: ($0.30) 10, 7, 8 (3 players)
Hero bets $0.30, BB calls $0.30, UTG raises to $1.20 (All-In), Hero raises to $3.60

I'd fold preflop. The presence of the short stack donk makes this hand even less playable than it would normally be oop.

As played, yeah get it in he can have a lone 10 or draw a bunch.
