favorite way to keep a poker journal

I have tried different ways to keep a poker journal and I was wondering what everyone's doing to keep up with this and what they are keeping up with. I find if I am trying to write down everything on every hand I tend to miss the "nuances"...how people are betting, who is a calling station, etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
