Have you tried working out? Even if you're not doing it right, just using a pullup bar til you've got nothing left or doing pushups until your arms don't work will make you feel better quickly. | |

I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and prescribed some anti-depressants. I'm like you in a lot of ways except I'm a social butterfly. Though, I always hate the idea of going out, I've always had friends that like my company enough to pull me out of my house and in that regard I've been very blessed. Hell, I even get afraid of certain threads on FTR like this one, or ones about getting jobs, or wtf is going to happen with the economy... | |
