The question really is if you can imagine that I'm ahead here often enough (which isn't too often - that, I am aware of) to make this call. I'm getting an awefully good price, but it doesn't really make sense that he would bet AJ, KJ or a draw here. I guess according to my reads I could lay it down.
I think there is a small possibility that it is a block bet by a somewhat weak hand that doesn't realize that this is a block turn card, and he doesn't need to do anything, or AJ not knowing what the hell he's doing.
