The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly rating their ability much higher than average. This bias is attributed to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their mistakes

Solid idea. Shortstackers have a mathematically advantage. Good luck. But you probably won't need it.

    I don't think it's bad to check/raise the flop.
On the turn he has to call, and you're lucky he just called on the river.
This is the ideal sucker. That being said, I can't beat the lowest stakes micro limits because you usually have 5 guys in a hand. But as long as you can get them heads-up you should be fine. I found that that the reasonable play starts around .15/.30 at PartyPoker, maybe you'll have more luck at Pokerstars

And if you are able to get emotional over a .20c pot, you shouldn't be playing poker. There are many attractive flash games all over the internet. :P

It's pretty bad to try a c/r in position really.
