My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Why are you 3-betting a hand that has such poor equity?

Make this play against people who fold.

it's a safe and easy way for me to learn how to optimize preflop and flop play without worrying about the turn and river.

I understand the reason for half stacking. I honestly think you can force multi-tabling, HUD-nit regs into more mistakes by doing it.

I am simply saying this move has little merit for a half stacker with your holding vs. a LAG-tard that is likely way more used to playing chicken than you.

For what it's worth, some styles work much better on a deep stack.
