    Default 100NL std 3bet spots

I'm bleeding a little bit in my deepstack play in 3bet pots. Are these lines totally std/totally donked?

Hand 1 - Villain is an ubernit 10/7/3 that's insta 4betted one of my 3bets pre. Do I opt to 4bet pre or is flatting fine? Also is calling the flop + chk behind turn > than c/fing the flop? I feel like if we call the flop and he slows down on turn, we can get a free card a lot when he has TT-QQ.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    BB ($117.70)
    UTG ($105)
    MP ($80)
    Hero ($285.80)
    SB ($113.65)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K, A.
2 folds, Hero raises to $3, 1 fold, BB raises to $11, Hero calls $8.

    Flop: ($22.50) 2, 7, 6 (2 players)
BB bets $16, Hero calls $16.

    Turn: ($54.50) T (2 players)
    BB checks, Hero checks.

    River: ($54.50) 4 (2 players)
    BB bets $40, Hero folds.

Hand 2 - Villain is a 26/21/3 that steals quite often and 3bets light. ATs good enough to to take a stand? Cbet mandatory?

    Flop: ($26.50) 6, 9, 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $21, UTG calls $21.

    hand 1:what's ubernitty?

hand 2 : you are just making your life tough by 3 balling ATs into a UTG "laggy tag". So, unnecessary. Played ok, but I am probably not betting that flopper. Turn c/f good.

neither of these hands are deep stacked btw.

    hand 1: seems fine

hand 2: i dont like your 3 bet pre, nor do i like cbetting, nor do i like cbetting that large. c/f good though.

flattin ur 4bets, makin u tilt
1: not bad but since u have no backdoor draws i might just fold vs this dude.

2: hate the 3bet preflop and definitely c/f flop

Yeah, you are not deep at all on both this hands.
Hand 1 . Depends on villains 3B tendencies and fold BB %, I can see 4B/getting it in.
If he's really tight and his range is only JJ+ AK, and he wont fold to a 4B then you can actually just muck it PF. you're not going to get paid if you hit unless he hit harder...
As played just fold the flop. Again, you are unlikely to get paid if you do hit.

Hand 2 : I don't like to 3B bluff vs UTG opener. And you're not 3B for value as he's (usually) not calling with worse.
