It does change the odds a bit. Not enough to make it -ev imo. Calling here is basically the same as shoving because we are for sure stacking off unless the pot checks down which would be out of the ordinary to say the least with us having about 1/8 of a psb left.

Let's give both players the range of QQ+,99,77,AKs,K9s+,AKo,K9o+ on this flop. we have 34% of the equity in a three way pot. 38% equity in a hu pot.

We need less than 2:1 to stack off 3 way and about 2:1 exactly to stack off HU.
