www.pandora.com it is old but I realized I needed some new music to listen to and remembered it.

Input a band you like and it will play songs by them and bands that are similar. Plays whole songs for free so cool to grind to as well.

I love it. My Eminem channel is so diverse It will sometimes play Hard Rock for me. Which I move to my Type O Negative Channel.

last.fm is the shit
it tracks the music you play on your comp media player(itunes, wmp, etc) and you can play stations that are similar to stuff you listen to, what people with similar tastes listen to, you can make your own playlist, etc

half of the reason I like it is just to track the music I play, interesting. but it will also throw some good stuff at me from time to time

Yeah, sucks the you can only skip a few songs per channel per hour as well.

Leo Kottke station is the best I've entered so far. Entering favorite songs is retarded though because you will eventually get tired of hearing similar songs.

You can mix stations for a variety. So it doesn't just play similar songs.
