The consistantly softest/friendliest game in town is probably the Excalibur, although they bumped it to 1/3 blinds. Never been impressed with MGM. Mandalay Bay can be amazing. That said, for 1/2 NLHE it's hard to go wrong anywhere, if you don't like the games where you're at you can go just about anywhere and find a soft game. At the next level up it gets a little more hit and miss.
