Help playing maniacs

Okay... so dropped these two hands on different tables to the same villain within my first 10 minutes today. He was running 65.5/10.3/1.67. Watching him for another 200+ hands AFTER this, I confirmed he plays anything, anywhere, all the time, aggressively.

Now I know I f'd up the first hand (see notes). And feel very good about how I played the second hand. So aside from direct comments on the HHs (always welcome), how can I adjust my play against someone like this?. I can't seem to get an f-in read, and then see people laying stuff down to his aggro with trash.

Which only makes me nuts... which then has me doing stuff like in Hand #1...

Goof A: I should have pushed on the turn. I still would have lost, because I believe he would have called. But this bet was useless.

Goof B: In hind sight, I have to put him on a likely SD, and this completes him if it was open ended. The push here was just bad. He's only going to call it if he thinks he has me beat... and there's too much here that could do that. Could've at least savedmyself $6 with a C/F, but he could just as likely have pushed himself and showed down KT...

Yes, I slow-played this, but I wasn't afraid of anything on this board. And wanted to give a chance to get some value into the pot.

Turn: K ($3.75, 3 players)
MP2 checks, MP3 bets $2.5, Hero raises all-in $8.65, MP2 calls, MP3 raises all-in $24.6, MP2 calls all-in $15.11.
Uncalled bets: $0.84 returned to MP3.
Not too worried about someone having KKs based on PF & F (and nobody does....) so figure it's time to close this out.

Should I just bite the bullet and bet extra-aggro on early streets (like 2x pot-bet?) against this kind of player? I've pretty much written of slow-playing from my repertoire for these guys, and figure my best option is to push them extra hard and extra early... and then just close my eyes and pray to gods of anti-suck....

Pushing AA unimproved on only-one-card-needed-to-make-a-monster boards. Hmmm.

There are two recent threads in the limit forum about playing crazy loose tables - posted in the last couple of weeks so should be easy to find. Some of the ideas are transferrable to no-limit, I suggest a read.

Anyway. Help playing people like this. Sit to their left, then you get to see what they do before you act (9/10 hands per orbit). Remember there are 8 other players on the table, don't just focus on the one player. Don't be too eager on stacking/seeking revenge. Play your cards, the board, and be aware of who is doing what through the hand. Chances are they don't know or care about pot-odds and will chase draws, make sure your raises are big enough that chasing is not valuable (only the case if you can fold when the draw hits, if they always stack you when they hit they should almost always call...)

This particular villain is not that aggro, just loose pre-flop. 10%pfr and 1.67 aggression are not abnormal at all. Maniacs are often 70-30-4. So just play solid, and if he gets hyper aggressive post-flop remember that he could hold any two cards. Oh, and don't slowplay when they could hold anything (including 6-7 etc) and the board is even faintly co-ordinated.
