Well, that was the worst card in the deck, so fold. And fold pre-flop. And I wouldn't go for the c/r on this flop as it blows weaker queens out of the pot, you risk it getting checked through and it inflates the pot OOP with a marginal hand without telling you where you stand.

    what's with the c/r?

First off KQo I generally won't limp-in from UTG or UTG+1, but having done that you would be foolish to not call the 2x raise. So the limp was "debatable" bad, but the call was just fine. If you want to play hands like this UTG for whatever reason, always raise. At the very least it will give you callers who can be put on a fairly tight group of hands.

The flop looks good to me, but no where near a check-raise. Bet for value here so you can at least see where your at as well as to punish the flush draws. I would have lead out with 2/3 - 3/4 psb.

Turn comes and is a clear check and fold to any bet. The river just verifies that you are beat 4 ways from sunday and like you should have been planning on the turn, fold to any bet

wow, one min-raise and five players seeing the flop... There are cheaper ways to play this. 38-22 sounds super-LAGG, but 38 hands is a small sample...
    1) pre-flop I would normally fold QKo underthegun when it is tenhanded, or raise. Never limp.
    2) I would bet the flop, helps put villain on hands and may force a fold - or you fold to a re-raise. Based on villain raising then calling a cr, you have no idea what cards he's holding. Are you trying to rep. a set with the check-raise?
    3) the 8h-river completes both of the scary draws. I fold. top pair middle kicker doesn't ever feel that strong come river time here - all Ax hands and even 3/11 of the Qxo hands have you beat. plus sets, straights and flushes...

yup, checkraise on my part was clearly a mistake. As played, i folded on the river. i'd just throw it away next time i see KQo UTG.
