I realize this is extremely dependent on the situation, but the question is, what factors are you taking into account in making this decision?

Opponent's range.

You don't want to scare the AJ that opened by reraising, but you also don't want to only play a large pot against better hands.

I don't think you want to play very large pots very often with AQ, since you'll usually end up with a top-pairish type hand or no hand at all.
