Alot of this stuff depeands on stakes/table texture etc. Also, read rentons guides here: http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/...oker-36037.htm
1) 99/TT are an always raise for me. The smaller pairs I generally limp after limpers, or in early position. In Mid/late position I will open raise them to take the blinds. Iso-raising a lone limper from late position is also a good play.
2) I usually fold AJ utg, AQ is an always raise. In a multiway pot I will just take a flop from the blinds - not a fan of buiding a pot OOP with these hands.
3) JJ - Yeah, play for set value unless the guy is a habitual 3-better. These guys are rare at low stakes full ring.
4) Axs - Dump in early position. Take a flop against multiple limpers, or raise in late position to isolate a limper or win the blinds.
5) 66 bottom set - Push - although it obv depends on stack sizes, reads, etc.
6) AK - Need reads, stakes and suits lol. Assuming $100NL the guy only has half a stack so I call cos the pot is huge.
7) Depends how tight he is. I prob fold 66 and AQ. Call with AK and TT, i dont know though.
