Whats wrong with hand 3? I think this play is fine, he just got unlucky and button happened to have a hand in this spot. This obviously depends on how often the button has been stealing your blinds.

As for hand 20, I agree with previous posts, in raising more on the turn. As played, if villain is gonna stack off with KJ to _that_ much heat, then I just make a note on villain, and gladly have him on my table from then on.
