Default Do I v-bet this river on a draw heavy board?

Villain is semi-loose. I have not seen him do anything too out of line but have not been able to observe his post flop play. Assume hes slightly a calling station because it is 10NL on Full Tilt.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Button ($5.55)
    SB ($20.15)
    BB ($8.40)
    Hero ($11.05)
    MP ($19)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8, 3. Hero posts a blind of $0.10.
2 folds, SB completes, Hero (poster) checks.

    Flop: ($0.20) T, Q, J (3 players)
    SB checks, Hero checks.

    Turn: ($0.20) 9 (3 players)
SB bets $0.2, Hero calls $0.20.

    River: ($0.60) 2 (3 players)
    SB checks, Hero..........

Is it worth a vbet here? He did not bet the flop on a very draw heavy board so it makes me believe he did not get a strong piece of it. The turn gives 4 to the straight on the baord and unfortunately I posses the butt end of it. A flush draw is also out here so he could be chasing it and hoping to get paid off here big by a straight. River drops completing the flush if he was drawing. Is v-betting here a good move considering most 10NL players do not take board texture into the context of the hand? At the same time if I get check-raised I don't really think I can call.

Bet $0.50 and if he re-raises consider folding. If he is a loose player he could have a mid to low pair or two pair. I wouldnt fear the higher straight or flush in this situation.
